Module 1: What is Ethics?

Please share your definitions, strategies, and activities you use to introduce ethics and ethical concepts into your classroom.

Module 2: Ethical Judgment

How can we increase empathy in our students?  This is a space to identify contexts inside and outside higher education to share challenges and solutions to encouraging empathetic treatment of others.

Module 3: Ethical Decision - Making

How can we foster critical thinking regarding ethics?  Share your activities, case studies, and examples that can be used to facilitate a deeper understanding of ethics and ethical concepts.

Module 4: Ethical Accountability

The end goal for ethics is action, ideally implemented with the greatest care to all involved. The media is filled with positive (and negative) stories that can trigger discussion about ethical action and accountability in our classrooms. Share what’s in the headlines and let’s discuss!

Resources and Repository

Let’s build a repository of research, both online and off, that will help support teaching and learning about ethics (anything from secondary research, multi-media, games, and additional resources).
